NGO "Business Out Of Corruption and Politics" (the abbreviated name of the NGO "Business Out Of Politics") sees its task in solving the topical issues in the sphere of entrepreneurship that Russian business faces in its current activities: legal protection, extrajudicial restoration of violated rights of businessmen, assistance in solving conflicts between business and government, establishing contacts within that part of the business community that is subject to pressure from government agencies, and so on.

The main goals of our activity are public control over the observance of the Constitution and laws of the Russian Federation, prevention of corruption offenses, protection of private property and other rights of persons from groups related to business risks: businessmen, managers, accountants.

We provide legal, psychological and other assistance at the request of those entrepreneurs who have found themselves under pressure from government agencies. Some of them are witnesses in criminal cases, some of them have already been accused and put in a pre-trial detention centres or are under recognizance not to leave the country, while others are already serving sentences in trumped-up cases. In addition, we help those entrepreneurs who want to avoid or at least reduce the risks of falling into similar situations.

In cases where problems between business and the authorities cannot be resolved domestically, we help obtain protection from other states or international bodies, conduct a change of business jurisdiction, and avoid the typical mistakes of emigration and redomiciliation.
